At OrenjiLoFi, we're proud to be a small business that crafts each print in our own home studio. Every piece is made to order, or apart of an existing collection ensuring that you receive a unique and high-quality print. While we strive to offer a personal touch and maintain the highest standards, we understand that issues can arise.
Because we create each print to order, returns and refunds are generally only accepted if the print arrives defective or damaged. If this occurs, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your print to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your print must be in the same condition that you received it, unframed and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item or itemsupon reception and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong print, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, refurbished or “b-grade” items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the print you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new print.
Refunds
Once we've received and processed your eligible return request, you'll be instructed on how to send the item back to us. We'll notify you once we've processed your funds , and you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
